Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By booking a trip or event with NOMA Escapes, you agree to the Terms outlined below.
These Terms apply to:
All NOMA Escapes international trips
The Marrakech Trips (January / April / November 2026)
UK-based NOMA Events
All bookings made via our website, email or payment link
Note - Our Nashville trips have separate T&Cs outlined clearly before you book
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under UK law.
SECTION 1 – GENERAL TRIP TERMS
1. Who We Are
NOMA Escapes Ltd (Company No. SC858278) is a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom.
We curate and organise small group travel experiences and events for women aged 21+.
2. Booking & Contract
A binding contract is formed between you and NOMA Escapes once:
You have paid a deposit or full balance towards a trip or event
You have confirmed acceptance of these Terms
You must be 21 or over & female, to book any event or trip. The occasional event has a different age limit, please ensure you check this before booking.
3. Payments for Trips
A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure your place.
Full balance must be paid by the deadline stated at booking.
Late payment fees of £50 per day may apply at our discretion.
If payment is more than 5 days overdue, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.
All payments are non-refundable.
4. Minimum Numbers
Trips require a minimum number of participants.
If minimum numbers are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. In this case, you will be offered:
A full refund of monies paid, OR
A transfer to a future NOMA trip
No additional compensation will be payable.
5. Cancellations by You
All bookings cancelled by you for any reason are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you are unable to attend, you must notify us in writing.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation.
6. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)
You must obtain valid travel insurance immediately upon booking.
Your policy must include:
Medical expenses & emergency assistance
Trip cancellation or curtailment
Travel delays
Personal belongings
Adventure activities (where applicable)
Proof of insurance may be requested.
Failure to obtain adequate insurance will not make you eligible for a refund.
7. Flights
Unless explicitly stated, flights are not included in our trips.
You are responsible for:
Booking your own flights
Arriving within the stated arrival window at the stated airport
Ensuring your flight times align with the itinerary
NOMA Escapes is not responsible for missed activities due to delayed or cancelled flights.
NOMA Escapes does not sell flight-inclusive packages for our group trips, and therefore does not provide ATOL protection.
Your financial protection for flights is either provided by the airline or booking provider you choose, or your travel insurance. We strongly recommend ensuring your travel insurance covers flight disruption, cancellation and supplier failure.
8. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to amend the itinerary due to:
Weather
Safety concerns
Supplier availability
Local circumstances
Events beyond our control
Changes will aim to preserve the overall quality and inclusions of the trip.
No refunds will be issued for itinerary adjustments.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Pandemics
Government restrictions
Civil unrest
Terrorism
Airline disruptions
Supplier insolvency
FCO changes
10. Health & Fitness
By booking, you confirm that:
You are physically and mentally fit to travel & participate in our trips
You understand that trips may include walking, standing, and physical activity
You participate voluntarily & are solely responsible for your own wellbeing & safety at ALL times during our trips & events
You may opt out of activities at your own discretion.
You agree to provide your event/trip host with your NOK details upon request, which will only be used in the event of an emergency.
11. Adventure Activities
Some trips or events may include optional activities such as:
Quad biking
Hot air ballooning
Camel riding
Zip lining
Participation is at your own risk.
You may be required to sign a separate activity waiver to participate acknowledging that NOMA Escapes is not liable for any accidents, issues, or otherwise.
You confirm your insurance covers such activities.
12. Behaviour & Removal
We reserve the right to remove any participant, without refund, whose behaviour:
Endangers themselves or others
Is aggressive, abusive or disruptive
Damages property
Negatively impacts group wellbeing
This includes behaviour influenced by alcohol.
13. Room Sharing
Accommodation is typically twin or double shared rooms. Solo rooms may be available at an agreed supplement, subject to availability & must be discussed with us before booking.
Roommates are assigned thoughtfully via a “roommate questionnaire” before each trip.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.
14. Complaints Procedure
If you experience an issue during your trip, you must notify the NOMA host immediately to allow us the opportunity to resolve it.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOMA Escapes’ total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your trip.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud
Any matter that cannot legally be excluded
We are not responsible for acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
17. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
By attending any of our trips or events, you consent to photographs and videos being taken.
These may be used on:
Our website
Social media
Marketing materials
You waive any right to compensation for such use.
If you do not wish to appear in any media, you must notify us in writing before the event/trip & your host will ensure you are not in media taken by us, but we cannot control other attendees from taking pictures/video.
SECTION 2 – MARRAKECH SPECIFIC TERMS (2026)
These apply in addition to the General Terms above.
You are responsible for:
Holding a valid passport
Meeting Morocco entry requirements
Checking FCDO travel advice
Complying with health and vaccine requirements
Failure to meet entry requirements will not result in a refund.
Adventure activities are optional and subject to compulsory waivers.
SECTION 3 – NOMA EVENTS (UK)
These additional terms apply to brunches, workshops and other UK gatherings.
Full payment required upfront
Tickets are strictly non-refundable & non-transferable
21+ only (ID required unless otherwise stated)
Females only
Where food/drink packages apply:
Standard package only unless stated
No on-the-day upgrades unless otherwise agreed with your host and the group
Additional items at personal cost
Menus are subject to change
We are not responsible for allergies or dietary restrictions unless notified in advance
Venues are often open to the public so we will have a female only table but crowds will be mixed.
Inappropriate behaviour will result in removal without refund.
SECTION 4 – PRIVACY POLICY
We process personal data in accordance with:

We collect:
Name & contact details
Emergency contact information
Payment details
Dietary/medical info (if voluntarily shared)
We share data only with trusted suppliers necessary to deliver your trip.
We never sell your data.
You have the right to:
Access your data
Correct your data
Request deletion
Withdraw marketing consent
You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
