It’s warm, welcoming, ridiculously fun and full of character.
You’ll feel safe, supported, and part of a girl gang from the moment you arrive.
We also have an optional day trip to visit Memphis & Graceland if you want to explore more of USA!
DAY 1 — ARRIVAL & WELCOME DRINKS
Arrive in Nashville, check into the hotel and meet the girls for casual food and drinks. Low pressure, instant vibes, “how are we already best friends?” energy.
DAY 2 — CHOOSE YOUR ADVENTURE
Either join an optional day trip to Memphis & Graceland (hello Elvis 👑) or explore Nashville your way — murals, rooftop bars, boutique shopping, live music and iconic hotspots around every corner. Your host will provide endless options for you to choose and enjoy some solo, or small group downtime in Nashville baby!
DAY 3 — ICONIC NASHVILLE ENERGY
Start the day with a city sightseeing bus tour, then get into the cowgirl spirit with a beginners line dancing class (yeehaw!), then spend the rest of the evening in the famous Broadway for live music, dancing and drinks. This is the day you’ll talk about forever.
DAY 4 — LIVE MUSIC & LEGENDS
Enjoy a guided walking tour of Nashville’s best live music bars, pubs and fun game spots, followed by an unforgettable night at the Grand Ole Opry for a show— aka the ultimate Nashville experience.
DAY 5 — FLY HOME BUZZING

Are flights included?
No — flights are not included, so you’re free to book what works best for you. The trip starts and ends at Nashville International Airport (BNA).
Your host (Caitlin) will be flying from Edinburgh, and you’re welcome to align flights if you wish. We’re also happy to help with flight advice. The recommended flights are within our community app along with all other FAQs and information.
Note - if flying back to Edinburgh with your host, you will land on 21 September 2026.
What will the weather be like?
September in Nashville is warm and sunny, with temperatures around 23–29°C. Think summer outfits by day, with a light layer for evenings.
What currency is used?
US Dollars (USD). Cards are widely accepted, and contactless is common. A small amount of cash is useful for tips and shared transport.
Is tipping expected?
Yes — tipping is standard in the USA. Around 15–20% is typical in bars, restaurants and taxis. Tips are not included in the trip price and are always your personal choice.
How will we get around Nashville?
We’ll use a mix of walking, Uber/taxis and public transport. Like any other city break, transport isn’t included.
What’s the food like?
Amazing. Nashville is known for BBQ, hot chicken, brunch spots and rooftop dining. Vegetarian, vegan and other dietary options are widely available — just let us know your needs in advance.
Is Nashville safe?
Yes, we are staying in very central areas, popular with UK & other tourists alike. Travelling as a group with a dedicated NOMA host adds extra peace of mind.
I’m nervous about travelling solo — is this for me?
Absolutely. This trip is designed for solo woman who would prefer to (or are interested in) travel as a group. You’ll meet the group before departure via a group chat (and optional Zoom), so by day one it already feels like travelling with friends.
Will I be sharing a room?
Yes — rooms are twin-share, with your own bed.
A roommate questionnaire helps us pair you thoughtfully. Limited solo rooms may be available for an extra supplement. Please contact us before booking for a price.
What’s the accommodation like?
A modern, central 4★ hotel, close to Broadway, bars, restaurants and key attractions.
Do I need an ESTA or visa?
UK passport holders need an ESTA to enter the USA (not included). If you’re unsure about eligibility or hold a non-UK passport, please contact us before booking. Full information is inside our app.
Can I skip activities if I want to?
Yes — it’s your trip. There’s built-in free time, and no pressure to do everything. Activities are included as part of the package, so opting out doesn’t change the price.
What’s the age range?
Women aged 21+. There’s no upper age limit — just good vibes, openness and kindness.
How much spending money should I budget?
This varies, but we recommend around £600–£900 for meals, drinks, transport, tips and shopping.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. The trip price is £1200. There is a £300 non refundable deposit due up front to secure your space. You can then opt to pay in installments of £150 per month. Or you can wait until the full balance is due 12 weeks before departure - June 2026 and pay the whole amount then, you decide.
You can also opt to pay in full and receive £100 off, total trip price - £1100.
