Delicious! Moroccan food is rich in flavour — tagines, couscous, olives, mint tea. We cater for vegetarians/vegans too. Just let us know any allergy/special requirements when booking.

Arabic and Berber are official, but French is common and English is widely spoken in tourist areas.

We recommend bottled water only — even for brushing your teeth.

🚰 Can I drink the tap water?

Both! Cards work in hotels and restaurants, and most souks.  But some smaller souks are cash only.

💳 Can I use cards or should I bring cash?

Respectfully modest in public (no short shorts or strapless tops in medinas). Swimwear is fine at pools and private hotel areas.

🧕 What’s the dress code?

Yes — rooms are based on two girls sharing a twin or double room.
We stay in stylish 3–4★ accommodation (6 nights in beautiful riads + 1 night in a desert camp — no hostels here girls).
 
Roommate matching questionnaires are done before departure.
A limited number of solo rooms are available at an additional cost — please enquire before booking.

We stay in 3–4* female-vetted riads and/or hotels, plus one night in a desert camp. All clean, safe, and full of Moroccan charm.  No hostels here girls. 

🏨 What are the hotels like?

Private transfers throughout with our own driver – no public transport needed.

🚐 How do we get around?

Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). It’s a closed currency, so we’ll share advice on the best places to withdraw once you arrive.  £GBP is also widely accepted.

🛂 Do I need a visa?

UK passport holders don’t need a visa. If you’re travelling from elsewhere, let us know and we’ll check for you.

📝 What documents do I need?

* Valid passport ‘expiry date’ at least 3 months after the date you arrive.

* Make sure your passport is not damaged. The Moroccan authorities have denied entry to some travellers with damaged passports. You MUST get your passport stamped on arrival.

* Travel insurance (mandatory & must cover hot air balloon if doing this activity)

* Emergency contact details provided to your host before travel

♿ I have dietary or accessibility needs – can I join?

Please reach out before booking so we can double check everything can be accommodated.

💬 Do I have to do every activity?

Not at all. It’s your adventure. You can skip anything — just let your host know in advance.

👩‍👧 How many girls are on the trip?

12 girls total, including your NOMA host. Small group = big connection!

🎂 What’s the age range?

Open to all girls 21+. No upper age limit. If you’re kind, curious, and up for a good time — you’re our kind of girl.

💰 How much spending money do I need?

Most essentials are covered. For additional meals, tips, drinks, snacks, and shopping, budget £200–£600 depending on your style. We can’t be held responsible if you start popping champagne & buying marble tables at the medina….

 Flights aren’t included.  The nearest airport is Marrakech (RAK).

You’ll be travelling solo, not alone.
11 other girls PLUS a dedicated female NOMA host from Scotland and a local female Moroccan guide supporting us throughout.
 
A group chat will be created before the trip, plus an optional zoom call, so you can meet everyone, and by the time we fly it genuinely feels like travelling with friends.

Q - Can I skip activities if I don't want to do something, or I need downtime?

Of course — it’s your trip, you do you. No explanation needed. 
There’s built-in downtime in the itinerary, but participation in all activities is always optional.
The trip is priced as a full package, so skipping activities doesn’t reduce the cost.

Q - What’s the price of the trip?

£1400 total if paying in full upfront (£100 discount)
