WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE TRIP?
24–28 July 2026.

WHO IS THIS TRIP FOR?
Any (kind & open-minded!) woman over 21 who wants to travel with a likeminded group of women, rather than going solo. This trip is for 10 women including your trip host Caitlin, creating a small, social and relaxed group experience. No upper age limit, you’re not “too old!”. Our trips are mixed age groups. 

WHERE ARE WE FLYING FROM?
Your host Caitlin (and most women) will be flying from Scotland on the flights outlined in the trip itinerary link found inside our community app, but you are welcome to fly from another airport and meet the group in Palma. The flights start from £60 return at the time of typing. 

If you are not travelling on the same flights as your host, please just send us your flight details so we can coordinate your airport transfer & meeting you in Palma.

ARE AIRPORT TRANSFERS INCLUDED?
Yes — your airport transfer in Palma is included. It is a public bus and takes less than 20 minutes. 

HOW DO WE GET AROUND PALMA?
Most activities are within walking distance from the hotel, so expect plenty of slow-paced walking throughout the trip & public buses where applicable.

The only additional, transport cost will be for getting to and from Port De Soller if you opt to do this day trip, which is expected to cost approx. €15-20 per person by bus.

HOW & WHERE DO I BOOK? 

This trip will go on sale on Monday 1 June 2026 at 7pm.

To join our app you require a membership. All women over 21 are welcome inside our app. New members are always welcome.

WHO DO I SHARE A ROOM WITH?
 Our prices are based on 2 women sharing a room. Around 4 weeks before travel you’ll receive a “roommate questionnaire” form where we gather information about you & your preferences, to pair you with a compatible roommate. This information is for your trip host only and information is not shared elsewhere. Rooms are based on double/twin sharing. If you’d like your own room, there is a limited number of solo rooms available at a supplemented cost. Please get in touch BEFORE booking to enquire about a single room.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
Mallorca in July is hot and sunny, usually between 28–30°C during the day. Light clothing, comfortable shoes and suncream are a must.

WHAT PASSPORT RULES DO I NEED TO KNOW?

DO I NEED A VISA OR DO ANYTHING ELSE?
This information is for UK passport holders. You can travel without a visa to Spain (and wider EU Schengen area), for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.

The EU Entry/Exit System (EES) is live in Spain meaning you may need to register your biometric details, such as fingerprints & a photo upon arrival & queues may be longer than normal. This does not cost money. You do not have to do anything before your trip, this is information only.

CAN YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Please let us know your requirements before booking. Most meals will be “choose-your-own dishes” at restaurants, but we need advance notice to double check dietary requirements for the cooking class and boat trip where set menus apply.

I HAVE A DISABILITY OR ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENT — CAN I STILL JOIN?
Some venues & activities on this trip are accessible, but not all activities or locations may be suitable. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your requirements. 

HOW MUCH WALKING IS INVOLVED?
There will be a good amount of walking throughout the trip, but at a relaxed pace with plenty of stops along the way.

WHAT SHOULD I PACK?
Light summer outfits, swimwear, comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, suncream, swimwear, and something nice for dinners and evenings out. We send out a full packing list approx 4 weeks before every trip to help you pack. 

IS THIS TRIP SUITABLE FOR SOLO TRAVELLERS?
Absolutely. This is the whole point!
99% of women come on our trips solo! The trip is designed to be friendly, social and welcoming from the start, and you’re all on the same boat! Just a group of women who wanna visit Palma & have the BEST time, without the scary of doing it alone! 


WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO DO ONE OF THE ACTIVITIES ON THE ITINERARY?
Don’t worry ladies, we’d never ask you to do something you don’t want to do. This is YOUR trip. The itinerary is amazing, however if you’d rather have some downtime, solo time, or do something different, then please just let your trip host know so they know you’re safe & can provide alternative suggestions if required, no explanation required!

Unfortunately, you won’t receive any refund if you opt out of any activity. 


CAN I PAY A DEPOSIT?   
 Due to this being a last-minute trip, all hotels and activities require upfront payment, so our usual payment plans and deposit options are unavailable.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
