WHERE WE'RE STAYING
We’re checking into chic comfort at the 4-star Hilton Canary Wharf—think skyline views, plush vibes, and a super central location that keeps us close to all the London magic.
Whether you're sipping cocktails at the stylish bar, winding down in luxe rooms, or snapping pics in the lobby before a night out, this stay sets the tone for an unforgettable girls' getaway.
Saturday 26th July - Day 1
11:15am – 12:00pm – Arrive &meet the girls and drop your bags at our hotel - 4* Hilton Canary Wharf.
12:15pm – 12:45pm – Stroll Through Crossrail Place Roof Garden. A peaceful hidden garden above the city.
1:00pm – 3:00pm – Bottomless Brunch at Pergola on the Wharf. Enjoy a 3-course meal, unlimited drinks, and live entertainment.
3:00pm – 3:30pm – Enjoy a scenic walk back to the hotel to freshen up and get ready for the evening. Or, enjoy some downtime if you prefer!
5:00pm – 6:00pm – Rooftop Drinks at Bōkan - a stylish rooftop with panoramic views of London.
6:00pm – 6:30pm – Travel to the Savoy Theatre.
7:30pm – 9:45pm – It's showtime! We have tickets to Burlesque The Musical at the Savoy Theatre.
Optional drinks after the show - or off to bed, we’ll see what the vibe is when we get there! x

Sunday 27Th July - Day 2
8:45am – 11:00am – London Walking Tour Highlights seeing London’s best sights - Buckingham Palace, St. James’s Park, Westminster Abbey, Downing Street, Big Ben & Houses of Parliament.
11:15am – 12:15pm – River Thames Cruise. Enjoy uninterrupted views of famous landmarks like St. Paul’s Cathedral, The Shard, the Tate Modern, and the world-famous Globe Theatre!
12:30pm – 1:45pm – Soak up the buzz of London’s most famous food market. Grab bites, coffee, and last-minute souvenirs.
2:15pm – Goodbye’s are in order! It’s the end of the trip.
Travel to Station or Airport for Departure. Walk to London Bridge Station (5 mins) or nearby options depending on your route.

Flights/Transport to/from London: You’ll need to make your own way to London, but our friendly team can help you find the best value transport.
Underground Transport: The cost of the underground (capped at £8.90 per day) is not included
Any Food & Drink you wish to purchase at the Theatre, Rooftop Bar & Borough Market
Any other additional food or drinks outside of the inclusions will be your responsibility.
Personal Items Purchased: Any personal shopping or souvenirs are not included.
Personal Travel Insurance: We highly recommend getting valid travel insurance
We have a room-mate matchmaking system that works a treat! You'll fill out a questionnaire to match you with a like-minded girl after you book a trip
How are roommates chosen?
Yes, rooms are twin-share to keep things affordable. Want a private room? Let us know before booking – subject to availability & an extra cost
Will I be sharing a room?
Travel isn’t included as our girls are coming from all over! Fly or train it to London – we’re more than happy to help you find the best route if you need. Your host will be getting the direct train from Glasgow - London Euston & you're welcome to join her! Departs Glasgow 26.7.25 06:29am, arrives in London 11:12am. Departs London 27.7.25 17:41pm, arrives Glasgow 23:08pm.
How do I get there?

I have accessibility needs – can I join?
For future trips, absolutely! We're so excited to offer flexible payment plans moving forward. However, as this is our first group first trip, full payment is required upfront to help us keep things more streamlined as we build. Thank you for understanding, your support means the world as we take these exciting steps to expansion!
Can I pay in instalments?
Bookings are non-refundable/non-amendable to ensure the best value for money is offered. We recommend travel insurance just in case
What if I need to cancel?
Smart-casual outfit for dinner/theatre. Comfy shoes for walking. Light layers (cardigan/jacket). Small bag or backpack. Sunglasses, umbrella & suncream (London weather = unpredictable). We’ll remind you in the group chat closer to the time!
