WHERE WE'RE GOING
We’ll be spending the afternoon at
OMH Therapies,
4 Atholl Place,
Edinburgh,
EH3 8HT.
This gorgeous space is an oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh city centre. Their mission is simple — to make you feel better, inside and out.
Just a 5-minute walk from Haymarket Station or a 15-minute walk from Waverley, with several bus routes nearby, it’s the perfect spot to unwind, reset, and find your calm.
There will be an optional 60 minute walk before the event to chat to the girls. This will be organised in the group chat which is created 1 week before the event.
WHAT WE'RE DOING
Rest and Renew: A New Year Sound Bath Experience.
January can often feel like a slow or heavy month. It’s a time when many of us are finding our rhythm again and looking for a gentle reset.
Rest and Renew offers you the space to pause, unwind, and reconnect before the busier months ahead. This 90-minute sound bath will include a grounding guided meditation, therapeutic sound bath, deep rest, and a few minutes of light guided journaling to reflect and set intentions for spring and the year ahead – no sharing required.
You’ll be guided by Ciara Clarke from Blue Soul Wellness, a Reiki, Meditation and Sound Healing Practitioner.
You’ll be invited to switch off, get comfortable, and let the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments support relaxation and clarity. All mats, blankets, and props are provided, but please bring a journal and pen for the reflective journaling portion of the session.
AKA -> the perfect Sunday experience to switch off and enjoy time for YOU!
